Just like his great grandfather, his grandfather and his father, the current owner Jean Sorge carries on the tradition with Sylvie and Christelle, his two daughters. With the terroir, the vines and the storehouse, they combine tradition and innovation to offer the very best quality to lovers of Margaux wine.
Château Deyrem Valentin comes with a delicately fleshy and suave mouthfeel and has an elegant structure with fruity and floral aromas.
One of the most classic food and wine pairings is Margaux with lamb. Of course Margaux pairs equally well with almost any grilled, braised or roasted meat ranging from beef, veal, pork, duck, pigeon, squab and game.
