Fresh & Delicate

Mas Carlot is situated in the south of the Rhône Valley, extending across 76 hectares of pebbly land southeast of Nîmes.

This seductive rosé is a traditional blend of Grenache (60%), Syrah (30%) and Cinsault (10%). Beautifully pale in colour and soft in texture, this is probably the most fashionable vintage to date. Delicate aromas of raspberry, watermelon, citrus fruits & herbes de Provence flow from the glass. The flavours are fruity, dry and crisp with an elegant balance & structure. This is a serious rose at an accessible price.

Mas Carlot Rosé is the perfect rosé to pair with any summertime meal, including tapas and barbecue. It is also a great wine to enjoy with cheese boards or just on it's own at any time!

Rich & Sweet

Jurançon is a very small wine region located in the Pyrenees, famous for its sweet wines made with late harvested grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested later in the season when the sugar levels are really high and the water content is very low. The delicate honey and herb-tinged nose is enticing, with a sweet edge. It has a lovely rich texture with notes of straw and herb on the palate and good balance with a honeyed sweetness.

This is the wine you want to open at the very beginning or at the very end of a dinner. It matches beautifully with all kinds of cheeses, specially goat and blue cheeses; as well as with foie-grass. It is also terrific as a dessert wine.

Creamy & Zesty

Nestled in the heart of Chablis, Domaine de Biéville was established by Jean-Jacques Moreau in the 1970s. Today, it boasts 45 hectares of continuous “old vine” vineyards, a rarity in Burgundy. The domaine's ideal location offers optimal south/southwest exposure Nd soil structure similar to prized Premier Cru sites. The estate is currently managed by Anne & Louis Moreau. Now, four decades of Moreau Family expertise on this single vineyard continue to yield an exceptional wine ranking at the top of the Chablis AOC; renowned for its balance, texture, elegance and purity of fruit.

Golden in colour with tints of green. It is very fruity with hints of lemon and grapefruit, developing into softer fruits like apricot and pear. Quite round and ripe on the palate, with hints of pear and apple alongside the supple creaminess and mineral freshness you expect from this famous appellation.

If ever a wine was designed to suit a roast chicken, this is surely it. A great friend of any poultry dish.
