For those of us who would like a white wine to match the beautiful weather outside! Each case includes three bottles of the following wines:

3 bottles x Domaine La Grangette 'Poule de Pic' Picpoul de Pinet AOP 2022 (Languedoc Roussillon, France)
White | Picpoul Blanc

Nestled between the pine forest and the Mediterranean Sea, Christelle and Matthieu apply sustainable practices in their vineyards and other crops. The sea-scented breeze imbues the wine with salinity, resulting in a fresh, floral and citrusy wine, with aromas of lemon zest and tangerine.

Pairing suggestion: Crisp, pure and extremely refreshing, this wine is made to be enjoyed young and sipped on its own all summer long. It pairs nicely with grilled octopus or ceviche!

3 bottles x Château de Montfaucon Comtesse Madeleine Lirac Blanc 2021 (Lirac des Cotes du Rhone, France)
White | Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Picpoul
Just across the Rhône river from the beautiful vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Lirac appellation extends over the low hills alongside the river. This is a blend of Marsanne, Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Picpoul. The grapes are hand-picked and aged for 8 months in oak barrels. This wine is creamy and lush, with hints of honeyed tangerine, melon and lime. Backed by a palate that's medium to full-bodied, slowly fading in intensity on the finish. A great example of how deliciously amazing Lirac can be.

Pairing suggestion: This wine and the mediterranean flavours of Bouillabaisse are a super match! It also pairs beautifully with poulet au citron et lavande (Lemon Lavender Chicken), another iconic recipe from the south of France.

3 bottles x Grains d'Estuaire Cuvée Emma Blanc 2021 (IGP Charentais, France)
White | Sauvignon Blanc

Two real taste enthusiasts, winemaker Julien Bonneau and Chef Alexandre Lavigne were eager to share their own range of wines and created Cuvée Emma made from vineyards located on the hillsides of St Bonnet sur Gironde in the south of the Charente Maritime, a sub-region near the Ocean, on the outskirts of Bordeaux. Emma embodies the purity of a natural wine, Alexandre Lavigne and Julien Bonneau attach a great importance on sustainable vine cultivation were the balance of the plant and grape maturity are essential. Winemaking is naturally done without the use of sulphites. Made from Sauvignon Blanc, this white wine has aromas of caramel, peaches and dried fruits on the nose. On the palate, there is great texture and length.

Pairing suggestion: Enjoy with firm cheeses or fish in a beurre blanc.

3 bottles x Lionel Osmin & Cie Pyrène L'incontournable Cuvée Marine 2022 (South West, France)
White | Colombard, Gros Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc
Located in the heart of the South-West, at the very foothill of the Pyrenees in Pau, the Lionel Osmin & Cie Maison is constantly bottling the essence of their unique regional grapes and idyllic landscapes. This Incontournable is made from Colombard, Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc, the most popular blend for dry white wines in the South-West of France. A staple at every table on Arcachon's boardwalk, a beautiful village by the Ocean in the outskirts of Bordeaux, the Cuvée Marine is fresh and fruity, with aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry and a flinty salinity. On the palate is expressive, with a special texture given by a short maceration on the skins before pressing; vibrant and with a minimal saltiness that enhances its flavours.

Pairing suggestion: Enjoy this wine with seafood or anything spicy.

About the Winery

Grains d'Estuaire

Julien Bonneau, (Château Haut Grelot in the Blayais), and his friend Alexandre Lavigne, restaurateur in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, created in 2014 a range of wines, Grains d'Estuaire, from 'a 10 ha vineyard located in Saint-Bonnet-sur-Gironde, in the south of Charente-Maritime.

Lionel Osmin & Cie

Lionel Osmin & Cie started out with just a group of friends with the same keen passion, with the same love for wines from the South West. Then they had an idea to achieve what nobody had ever done before: to create a quality wine-broking house based on South Western wines following the example of other regions such as Burgundy or the Rhône.

With that founding principle, Lionel Osmin & Co was therefore created under the leadership of Lionel boasting the discovery of the unique wines and vineyards of this region. From Jurançon to Cahors, from Gaillac to Bergerac, passing through Marcillac, Lionel Osmin & Co has become the sole transversal signature of the wines from the South West and their vineyards whose secrets which are yet to be discovered!

The result is a range of wines whose characteristics are faithful to the region and which are made to share the joy of discovering the vines and wines that are enjoyed and loved.
