The nose is reminiscent of creamy, freshly scraped vanilla pod and a mélange of dark berry compote draw. On the palate, flavours of satsuma plum and blackberry are layered with classic notes of coffee bean and subtle pepper spice. Its pleasing depth and gentle chewiness speak to the quality of the fruit, while a lift of fresh acidity brings balance and energy.
