Réva winery focuses on producing wines of excellence with extreme attention to the particular characteristics of each grape variety and the utmost respect for diversity. All the vineyards are cultivated organically and the estate is run by a group of young professionals who value both tradition and innovation.

Réva Barolo 'Ravera' is as extremely complex as it is balanced and elegant. Scents are spicy, with floral, red and black berries and tobacco notes. Acidity is always lively in the mouth, while it is full bodied with persistent but velvety, dense tannins. Only 4,500 bottles.

Earthy flavours such as mushrooms are also an excellent pairing for Barolo. Enjoy it with a creamy risotto with porcini.

Very pure fruit here with strawberry and fresh-plum character. Full-bodied with chewy, polished tannins. Fresh, yet firm and tight. Needs time to soften. Try after 2024.

The 2017 Barolo Ravera displays ripe fruit from a hot vintage with plenty of oaky spice and toast. This full-bodied Barolo is redolent of sweet blackberry preserves and baked cherry with cedar smoke and sweet cinnamon. All of these wines from Réva are heavy-handed when it comes to oak use.
