2 bottles x Meyer Family McLean Creek Road Pinot Noir 2019 (British Columbia, Canada)
Red | Pinot Noir
92 points by Wine Align

Meyer Family Vineyards have been crafting wines in the Okanagan Valley since 2006. Voted one of the top wineries in Canada, they focus on small lot productions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir drawing heavily from Burgundian influences.

Aromas of ripe dark cherries, autumn leaves and subtle smoke and oak notes. Those aromas carry onto the broad and silky smooth palate that is enlivened by lively acidity and dusty tannins. A long pleasing finish.

Top notch, and top value, classy wine. Pair this Pinot Noir with any salmon dish, baked, grilled, or fried. It would also pair nicely with seafood.

2 bottles x Pearce Predhomme Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 2020 (Oregon, USA)
Red | Pinot Noir

A wine from a collaboration between Nicholas Pearce and Will Predhomme to create wines from their favourite regions. This Pinot Noir is made from vines planted in the Yamhill Carlton, Oregon.

Aromas of fresh raspberry and bing cherry with subtle undertones of forest floor. The palate fresh and shows notes of baking spices. A beautiful balance of lift and elegance, while still being extremely well structure and complex.

2 bottles x Domaine Frédéric Brouca Foulage Gaulois Pinot Noir 2021 (Languedoc-Rousillon, France)
Red | Pinot Noir

This Foulage Gaulois Rouge is Brouca's first Pinot Noir. It comes from a single vineyard in St. Chinian, Languedoc; and it has been aged in a mix of amphora and stainless steel. Subtle aromas of cranberry and sweet cherry. Floral and spicy. Medium-bodied with ripe tannins and acidity to keep it alive. Structured and textured. Perfumed rather than overpowering.
Pair this with your next medium-aged cheeses board or speck, sausage, meat dishes or game.
