This vintage showcases another remarkable one of great ripeness,with a huge concentration of cherry flavour, and rich morel and truffle notes on the nose.Vanilla and bittersweet Baker's chocolate lead the aroma into the deep palate of blackpepper amarena cherry. The smooth and ample tannins will allow for significant ability to age in your cellar.
Classically, a pan seared duck breast with black pepper and wild mushroom risotto is delightful. We also recommend blue cheeses, gruyere, taleggio, grilled pork butt chop with a Saskatoon berry or sumac compote, confit duck leg with black truffles, or grilled salmon.
