Keint-He Winery & Vineyards is a boutique winery located in Prince Edward County. The winery has a strong focus on varietals that are typically grown in Burgundy, specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; through which they truly express the best of the County with wonderful individual expressions. Keint-He’s approach to winemaking is as down-to-earth as it gets and their quality is second to none.
The grapes for this wine were grown in the St. David's Bench sub appellation. The fruit was hand harvested, processed and then aged in neutral French Oak barrels for six months.
This wine has a vibrant straw colour. The nose shows ripe tropical fruits, including honeydew and pineapple. Lemon meringue and subtle oak spice are also present. The mouth exhibits a blanketing viscous texture, with flavours of pineapple and lychee. Low acids complemented with a baking spice finish, make this wine an approachable crowd pleaser. Have this wine by the water, or not. Just uncork and enjoy!
