This premium Rosé – the second release in the Invivo X, Sarah Jessica Parker Wine Collaboration – comes from the South of France and has been crafted in partnership with a family estate from Provence, Sarah Jessica Parker (SJP) and Invivo. The final blend was selected by SJP and Invivo over an afternoon of tasting and assessing. This wine has been crafted in collaboration with the family estate from Provence, Vins Chevron Villette.

Delicately  pale pink in colour, the nose is expressive and bright with perfumed aromas of red berries and stone fruit. The palate is crisp and fresh; vibrant and fruitful with citrus and red apple notes delivering a long and deliciously full finish.

Perfect chilled as an aperitive with green olives or with a meal of grilled fish, salad and goat’s cheese. Try a glass alongside a classic caesar salad (go heavy on the anchovies!) or the classic French dish grilled lamb with ‘herbes de Provence’.

Delightfully refined and elegant, the bouquet shows apricot, oatmeal, lemon peel and dried flower aromas, leading to a finely flowing palate that's beautifully rounded and persistent. Attractively savoury and wonderfully structured by crisp acidity, finishing long and refreshing. At its best: now to 2024.

From Sarah Jessica Parker, Invivo X SJP 2021 South of France Rosé is a dry, fresh and fruity blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. The wine was produced in collaboration with the Vins Chevron Villette. Look for ripe red berry, stone fruit, red apple and citrus zest flavours finishing long on the palate. Grapes were whole-bunch fermented with a few hours skin contact giving the wine a pretty pastel pink hue. The wine juice was cool-fermented to dryness with some lees ageing in stainless steel tanks. Chill and enjoy with grilled lamb chops with ‘herbes de Provence’.
