On the lower slopes, this vineyard is managed using biological methods. The second plot covers an area of 1 hectare in a single plot, planted in 1946 on the mountain side slopes. This cuvee offers heady aromas of black cherries and rose hips underscored by hints of cinnamon bark and cacao nibs. Medium weighted on the palate but firmly textured showing earthy notes of dried tea leaves into the finish.
