Each plot is vinified and aged separately until bottling. Half of the grapes ferment in stainless steel, while the other half goes into 2\/3-year-old barriques. It then ages for about 9 months, and stays in bottle for another 9 months before release.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis is very versatile wine, good pairing for first courses with meat sauces, and perfect with main courses based on grilled and roasted red meats. It has fruity aromas, especially small red fruits, along with notes of undergrowth and a slight spiciness characterize the nose.
