His family has been involved in viticulture and agriculture for generations in the village of Schlatt and this is where he was first introduced to work in the vineyards. He hasn’t looked back since. Following this initial pressing, the juice undergoes a primary fermentation. After this first fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to aging vessels, where it matures for a period of six months. Subsequently, a second fermentation occurs in a pressure tank.
