Produced from Keint-he’s oldest southern facing slope (southern slopes result in riper fruit!), this Pinot Noir is a single block, unfined and unfiltered bottling! Delicate and pretty, with lingering long legs. Uplifting acids along with juicy black cherry on the palate. Great cellaring potential, although its already showing very well.

Pair with with duck, goose, foie gras and bison.
