Domaine Olivier is a 58-hectare family estate in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. Patrick and Agnès Olivier, second-generation winegrowers, work together to produce premium-quality wines representative of the appellation. In 2006 they decided to obtain Terra Vitis certification to guarantee the sustainability of the estate. Since obtaining this certification, they have reduced their use of chemical additives considerably and have worked to produce wines of a quality. Today they have been joined by their two children, Florian and Marina, but their attention to detail and enthusiasm has never waned.

This Cuvée embodies the Oliver family's vision of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. Coming from sand and gravel soils, it is a round wine, with aromatics of raspberries and redcurrants with a lifted notes of rose petal. The palate offers hints of savoury dried herbs and a dash of spice along with lithe tannins, making this an easy to enjoy wine.

This wine will be good to sip on its own, or try with a rack of veal or ratatouille.

Made from one of Anjou's most emblematic grape varieties, Chenin Blanc, this versatile grape has been vinified in a dry style. Intense bouquet of quince, candied citrus fruits and white peach. There is great balanced between the intensity and the richness of the Chenin, with a lovely note of honeysuckle on the finish.

This will be a wonderful match with white fish cooked in an orange butter sauce!
