The rising star of Piedmont, Réva is run by a new generation of winemaking elites who represent the avant-garde of Langhe and Barolo by producing wines of elegance and excellence.

Obsession had led them to unleash the most nuanced characteristics of each grape variety, and they do so with an unwavering commitment to sustainability – all of Réva's vineyards are cultivated organically.

This mixed case is your gateway to nouveau-Piedmont, which contains six bottles of irresistible classics.

Delivery timeline:
It requires three full cases of each wine in order for us to build and fulfill four mixed cases. This process usually takes about 7-10 business days but may vary.

3 bottles x Réva Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC 2020. The grapes of Barbera grow in Monforte d'Alba, San Sebastiano Novello and the special single vineyard of Ravera, on clay and sandy soils. The grapes macerate on the skins for 30 days and, after pressing, the wine ages for 12 months in tonneaux and barriques.

On the nose, this wine shows outstanding character with hints of red berries, juicy fruits and vanilla from time spent in barrel. Full and persistent flavours of cherries and wild blueberries on the palate with hints of spice and a medium long finish.

Pairing suggestion: This Barbera d'Alba is very versatile, it is a real food-wine. Have fun pairing it with spiced dishes and savoury meats: grilled pork, braised lamb dishes, spaghetti and meatballs; or risotto with mushrooms!

3 bottles x Réva Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC 2021. 100% Nebbiolo sourced from the clay and limestone soils of San Sebastiano in Monforte d'Alba. The grapes macerate and ferment spontaneously in stainless steel tanks for 17 days. The ageing takes place in Austrian oak barrels for 12 months. Nebbiolo is a light grape, but with a strong character. It's subtle yet bold, silky yet complex! You'll find aromas of fig paste, cherry jam, peony and pomegranate. On the palate the wine is slightly chewy but vibrant and has a dry-yet-fruity character with notes of red apple, plum, tar, and a tobacco finish with grippy tannins and a kiss of oak.

Pairing suggestion: Enjoy this Nebbiolo with risotto, all kinds of pasta, pizza... And have fun pairing it with Asian food and spiced dishes!
